SHORT DESCRIPTION
Fly combat raids through a hostile network to recover what the AI Swarm
stole. Master three distinct flight styles, bring your haul home, and upgrade
the battered 8-bit computer keeping you in the fight.

ABOUT THE GAME
Pick a route, stake your operating funds, and launch. Short missions weave
SIDE, QUAD, and MOON into one campaign run. Complete the job and make it
home to prepare for the next hop. Reach the vault before you go broke.

SIDE: Bank and loop over server islands.
QUAD: Fly a quad over isometric server complexes.
MOON: Drift across crater fields and aim independently.
At the desktop, plan routes, dial into the board, and spend earned tokens
on persistent hardware. A run can end in bankruptcy; purchased hardware
stays with you. The Swarm's pursuit adds uplinks, jammers, and interceptions.

SPLIT-S is the first game from 8it, a one-person independent studio.

ASSETS
Five PNG screenshots from the September 2026 development build, at their
native 640 x 480 resolution. The game uses pixel graphics; when enlarging,
use nearest-neighbor scaling to keep the pixels sharp.
8it-studio-mark.svg is the studio's existing symbol, on a dark background.
It is not a SPLIT-S game wordmark.
